Dual sinks, a separate water closet, a larger shower, and heated floors are not a guest-bath spreadsheet with a nicer faucet. Labor in a tight wet area with glass and niches stacks. Moving a toilet even a few feet to “center it on the window” is a drain job, not a tile job.
